For a long time Apple had considered making the leap into the production of cell phones. However, they were unaware that one of the problems would be price related.

Millions of people all over the world love the Iphone. Its smooth finish and aesthetic styling is an undeniable lure to even the most hardened sceptics. And this sleek phone design was mixed with the effectiveness and joys of the Ipod resulting in a phone that is now the stuff of legends. The only problem is, can you afford it?

As most people have come to find out, owning an Iphone is no cheap affair. Most of the offers are found to be within the $300 to $400 range. Unless the iphone has been smashed against the wall, you’re never going to find a new iphone that is being sold at $50. But this does not mean that it is not possible to find more affordable cell phones.

One way of achieving this is by visiting online retail stores. Many people are unaware that online stores offer lower prices. There are many reasons for this. One of them is the fact that online stores do not have to worry about maintenance overheads. Traditional stores have to take into consideration the amount they will need to pay for rent, maintenance and the salary of their workers. This monthly requirement is reflected in the eventual prices that they set. Because online retailers do not have to pay for these items, they are able to offer much less prices. Prices of say an Iphone for instance.

There are other options which can be found amongst online retailers which are aimed at lowering the cost of your Iphone. For instance, some shops offer you the opportunity to buy Iphones without included warranty. Some other retailers allow the sale of cheaper phones to only registered members. With any of these you will be able to better reduce the price of your Iphone.

Forfeiting some of the features and services of the phone in exchange for a lower price is not a good idea.
