To be part of to the A-list crowd as an actor or a model, one must be thin. To be a gamer though, one must be in a position to go wide, well at least in terms of the gear. The best part for that is I have more room on my desk than with a space eating CRT monitor, which for me equates to having sufficient space for a mug of coffee or a bag of munchies easily within my reach while I am doing my worksheets1.
